Event Security work is an extremely challenging environment. Never before has change been so rapid. Door Supervisors are the first point of contact with the event patron. They often have to make difficult judgment calls. Professionalism, vigilance, diplomacy, knowledge of the law and public relations are just some of the onerous tasks undertaken on a regular basis.

- Incident and Crime Reporting
- Fire Safety Awareness
- 24 hours - The training takes place over three days or five evenings.
- Written assessment at the end of the course. Supports are available for students with literacy and learning difficulties. Further confidential information available from course administrator.
